Accounting and Administrative Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling full set of accounts, including receivable, accounts payable, general ledger etc.
- Preparation of journal entries, accounting schedules, monthly management reporting schedules
- Preparation of invoices, vouchers, data entry & filing
- Liaison with vendors, auditor and stakeholders
- Preparation of Payroll & MPF contribution calculation and payment
- Secretarial support such as preparation of documents and follow up with relevant parties
- General administration as required
- Ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy &/or holder of LCC Higher
- Proficiency in office and accounting software’s such as MYOB, Excel and Word
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Mature, well organized, self-motivated and responsible
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years’ working experience in Accounting & Administration field is preferable
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Immediate availability is preferred
