Accounting and Administrative Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling full set of accounts, including receivable, accounts payable, general ledger etc.
  • Preparation of journal entries, accounting schedules, monthly management reporting schedules
  • Preparation of invoices, vouchers, data entry & filing
  • Liaison with vendors, auditor and stakeholders
  • Preparation of Payroll & MPF contribution calculation and payment
  • Secretarial support such as preparation of documents and follow up with relevant parties
  • General administration as required
  • Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy &/or holder of LCC Higher
  • Proficiency in office and accounting software’s such as MYOB, Excel and Word
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Mature, well organized, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • 1-2 years’ working experience in Accounting & Administration field is preferable
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Immediate availability is preferred
